【摘要】:Thispracticeisdesignedtoevaluateamachineorprocessisolatedfromitsnormaloperatingenvironment.Initsnormaloperatingenvironment,therewouldbemanysourcesofvariationthatmaynotexistatamachine/processbuilderrsquo;facility;orputanotherway,thisstudyisusuallyconductedunderidealconditions.Therefore,itshouldberecognizedthattheresultsofthispracticeareusuallyax201C;bestcasex201D;analysis,andallowancesneedtobemadeforsourcesofvariationsthatmayexistatthepurchaserrsquo;facility.1.1Thispracticecoversprovisionofapropermethodfordeterminingprocesscapabilityforneworexistingmachineprocesses.Itisrecommendedthatavailablestatisticalsoftwarebeusedforthecalculationofthedescriptivestatisticsrequiredfordecisionmakingwhenusingthispractice.Wheresoftwareisnotavailable,Section8andTables1and2areprovidedformanualcalculations.
