【摘要】:Thisguidecoversarapidprototypingmethodfordevelopinginformationsystemsthatisparticularlyrelevanttosystemsforthehealthcaresector.Intendedreadersofthisguidearepeoplewhodevelopinformationsystems,andstudentsandteachersofsystemdevelopmentmethods.Rapidprototypingisanapproachtodevelopinginformationsystemswhichproduceaworkingmodelmorequicklythanconventionalapproaches.WhereconventionalmethodsconcentrateonpreparingRequirementsanddesigndocumentsthatdescribetheneededsystem,rapidprototypingmethodsconcentrateonpreparingaworkingprototype.Usersanddeveloperslearnthefunctionalrequirementsandanappropriatesystemdesignbyinteractingwithaseriesofprototypes,eachofwhichisrapidlyproducedfromastartingframeworkorfromanearlierversion.Aprototypecanevolveintoanoperationalsystem,itcanserveasanexactbehavioralspecificationofanoperationalsystem,oritcanbeusedtoexplorethefeasibilityofanewideaordesignwhichcanbeincorporatedinalargersystem.Themethodisrapidinpreparingeachversionoftheprototype,buttheoveralltimerequiredforsystemdevelopmentmaybemoreorlessthanthetimerequiredwithconventionalmethods.RapidprototypingismostappropriatewhentheRequirementsordesignforasystemarenotwellunderstood,orwhenexperimentationisrequiredtoexploresomeaspectofsystembehavior.Itisnotappropriateinhazardoussettings,orwhentherequirementsarewellunderstood.Theguiderecommendsuseofprototypingtools,butitisnotastandardforthetoolsthemselves.Itdoesnotcoverexecutablespecificationtools.TransformingaprototypethatisusedtoclarifyRequirementsintoanoperationalsystemisdiscussedbrieflyinSection8andindetailinotherreferencedstandards.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
