【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifies,togetherwithEN14399-1,therequirementsforassembliesofhigh-strengthstructuralboltsandnuts,withlargewidthacrossflats,ofsystemHRorHV,includingtherequirementsforthegeneraldimensions,tolerances,materialsandperformancefortwogrades,H8andH10,ofcompressiblewasher-typedirecttensionindicators,nutfacewashersandboltfacewasherssuitableforpreloadedjoints.TheassembliesincludethenominalthreadsizesM12uptoandincludingM36andpropertyclasses8.8/8,8.8/10and10.9/10.Boltandnutassembliestothisdocumenthavebeendesignedtoallowpreloadingofatleast0,7f×AaccordingtoEN1993-1-8:2005(Eurocode3)andtoobtainductilitypredominantlybyplasticelongationoftheboltforsystemHRaccordingtoEN14399-3orbyplasticdeformationoftheengagedthreadsforsystemHVaccordingtoEN14399-4;alsocountersunkandfitboltsaccordingtoEN14399-7and-8respectively.Boltandnutassembliesconformingtothisdocumentmayincludewasher(s)accordingtoEN14399-6ortoEN14399-5(underthenutonly).Thepurposeofthedirecttensionindicatorsistoshowthatadefinedpreloadisachievedinthebolt.Thedirecttensionindicatorcanbeusedaloneorwithboltfacewashersornutfacewashersconformingtothisstandard.IneithercaseitisessentialthatthedirecttensionindicatorsareusedaspartofanassemblyinaccordancewithEN14399-1.TocomplywithEN14399-1,itisessentialthattheassembliesaresuppliedbyonemanufacturerandincludebolts,nuts,washersanddirecttensionindicators.ThetestmethodforsuitabilityforpreloadingisspecifiedinEN14399-2andsupplementedbyClause5.Guidanceontheuseofcompressiblewasher-typedirecttensionindicatorsisgiveninEN1090-2.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforsafetysystemswhichprotectavessel,asystemofvessels,piping,accessoriesorassembliesfromexceedingoperatingconditions.Itisalsoapplicabletosafetyrelatedindicatorsandalarms,signalsandwarningdeviceswhenusedinsafetysystems.Equipmentconnectedtogetherbypipingofadequatecapacity,freefrompotentialblockagesandwhichdoesnotcontainanyvalvethatcanisolateanypartfromthesafetysystemmaybeconsideredasasinglepressuresystemwhenconsideringtherequirementsforoverpressureprotection.Safetysystemsincludetheinterconnectionsbetweentheequipmenttobeprotectedandanydischargelocation.Thislocationcaneitherbeanoutlettoatmosphereortheentryintoacloseddisposalsystem.NOTEThescopeofthisstandardanditsrelationshiptothesafetyaccessoriesandotherprotectivedevicesdescribedinthePressureEquipmentDirectiveareshowninannexE.
